CookEat AI procedure

CookEat AI does not use an email-and-password account. A pseudonymous profile is created to store your preferences, favourites, and recipes.

Delete from the app

  1. Open CookEat AI.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete my data.
  4. Confirm deletion.

This removes the pseudonymous profile and its recipes, favourites, and history from CookEat's server. Local data is cleared and a new identifier is created if the app is used again.

If you no longer have access to the app

Email no-reply@cookeat.info. Include your platform, approximate usage period, and, if still visible, your pseudonymous identifier. Never send a password, payment information, or security key.

Providers and technical delays

In-app deletion disconnects PostHog, Sentry, AppsFlyer, and RevenueCat identities on the device. To request erasure of historical data already received by those providers, use the address above. Limited security logs, backups, or transactions may remain where required for law, fraud prevention, or a dispute.

Subscription

Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in Apple Subscriptions or Google Play settings. Likewise, cancelling the subscription does not delete CookEat AI data.
